I'm a bit conflicted; When I see a very attractive guy, or even imagine something very sexual, I get such an intense pang in my stomach, indicating "Yes, you are into him/this," yet I probably wouldn't follow through with it because I'm broken.

i wouldn't say for guys its like shooting a bullet so much as we can control how much gunpowder we use.

but if your home alone its like
"hey nothing else going on this afternoon"

Ive kind of lost the choice though Ive been put on some pills and they have done crazy shit to my labido, its been taking me an hour minimum since I started.

I understood the options to mean

shooting a bullet = awesome sex drive, ready for it at all times
throwing a bullet = not nearly as strong, need to be stimulated
