Haha, I still find it funny when you lot call it EDM. Gutted I missed it (Damn time difference), I DJ too and I love hearing other people play out.

admittedly I'm not a huge fan of the term EDM, I'd rather people name their specific subgenre.

to draw a parallel, some people would be irked if you umbrella-ed
Blink 182, Maroon 5, The Beatles and Slipknot and just called it all Rock music.

It's more the fact that it's been called dance music since the eighties, but yeah I get your point. I like to get into sub-genres, but I don't get the people who flip when people can't separate between trap and dubstep say.
