Yes, I can and I do. Justice for All had great songs, and so did Master of Puppets and Ride the Lightning. Half of their self titled album was good, and nothing else is really worth mentioning. But the reason I liked Kill 'Em All the most was that it is their most thrash metal album. (Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth was just amazing, and really showed off what a talented bassist Cliff Burton was, and then four of the songs on there were written by Dave Mustaine, which really added to the album for me. Again, their otheres had really good songs on them, I just like how in Kill 'Em All they were more of a thrash band than what they slowly turned into today.

1. Apetite For Destruction- Greatest metal/ rock album of all time- absolutely love Sweet Child O Mine.
2. The Black Album- In my opinion Metallica's best album to date, one I can listen to over and over again (all the way trough) and not get tired of it. 3. American 3- Johnny Cash goes acoustic, I love his voice on this album and think that this is one of his best vocal feats. 4. Tom Petty's Greatest Hits- Just great American music 5. Evenascence Fallen- Great haunting tracks that get me every time I listen. |

Guys, I'll settle this once and for all: Every Metallica album sounds the same. I'm not saying they're bad or that they're the only band. But it's true. This would have been whole lot easier if the first guy to mention Metallica on here had just listed "Metallica-all of 'em"
But, I dunno, maybe there's an album or two that actually sticks out for being shit. |

Not sure how old everybody is in this thread, but as a 19 year old guy, I've only just begun to hone my musical tastes. It took a while to throw out the crap I've only been listening to because it was cool to.
These are all albums that I listened to first all the way through, and sometimes I'll get a lyric or a riff stuck in my head, and not know what song its from - the mark of a great album. Here is my current Top 5: - Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace by the Foo Fighters - Icky Thump by The White Stripes - Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers - Boy by U2 - Wolfmother by Wolfmother |
