Is this true? I would like to ask a scientist
okay, this is going to sound crazy, but a friend of mine who recently visited told me this thing he learned.
if you cut back to masturbating only once a week (personally Id say I'm averaging 9 times a week, and no, I'm not proud of that) anyway, the science is that it lowers your dopamine levels and raises your testosterone. masturbating causes dopamine to trigger, doing this too much makes you lethargic and lazy (2 things I definitely am) apparently cutting back from nearly 10 times to going only once a week will cause your testosterone to rise over those first 6 days up to triple what you usually have. Then doing it on the 7th day lowers it back down to normal to keep your body from building a tolerance to its new chemistry. A higher testosterone rate can grant the following benefits Less fat More muscle from exercising and most importantly MORE CONFIDENCE (you know, that one trait that is, has been, and always will be the single most important factor that a girl uses to determine if shes going to blow you or not) I know it sounds insane and I'm probably messing up the description of the sciencey parts, but apparently its been working quite well from my friend and anyone who knows me knows that I am desperate enough to try anything.
