They should do. This season is a prequal to the first and from what i hear, it's mainly shot in Sydney. It's not based on Karl Williams and his mob and the crimes in this season happened 30+ years so there isn't any pending trials so Melbournians should be equals this time around.

I've checked a few Melbourne TV guides and you seem to be getting the same 2hr premiere we're getting.

It's a prequel to the Melbourne one so I'm guessing you don't have to have seen the first
