Subsonix may have mistook what i was saying on twitter last night. Yes, it's a tragedy... but i'm so sick to shit of the hours upon hours of the same news footage over and over again.

That said, i have donated $500 already and i plan on donating my whole next pay slip and slumming it for a week.

I left the house smelling smoke this morning.

I got home and it still smells of smoke.

Some fires have been downgraded but a whole lot more put on awareness.

This may sound retarded but when the southerly wind kicked my late Sunday night, all we could smell around Newcastle was a sickening smoke... smoke everywhere too. I know Vic is a long way away but with the size and amount of the fires, i think it blew right up the coast.

Maybe we'll get rid of the whole East coast. Then only the cool parts of Australia will be left.
