I just want to know if you'll still be doing Paltalk as well. I (and a few others, mainly those who have experienced paltalk before) aren't super enjoying the LiveVideo. We understand it's for mac and poor people (you poors disgust me) and all that.

with http://www.manycam.com/, you can run your webcams through both programs... giving all the people what they want.. eh? eh?

I'm not a fan... the video/audio seem lower quality (although that might be because the people's cams and mics weren't as high quality as katg's webcams/paltalk mic), and if you want to hear someone's mic, you have to have their video up.

You can only have 5 videos at a time, and one of them is either keet's cam or off, so basically you only have 4 cameras. If there's a guest in studio, there's 3 katg cams, so you only get to watch 2 other people.

Since it was built (presumably) for smaller groups and you can only have so many cams open at once, people talk into their mics expecting everyone to hear them but if there's more than one or two people doing this, it cuts down on if you want to watch one person and miss a large part of the conversation, or watch someone you don't want to so you're not lost.

There's no way to make the chat window bigger, and the chat is hard to follow with just a few (10ish) people in there, paltalk gets 50+ for some shows, and since this program is free and you don't need to download anything, I could see a lot more than that being in there for shows.

There's no message notification, so you need to keep the window on top if you want to follow the chat, as opposed to keeping the paltalk window in the background until it lights up orange.

The text editor is extremely basic, the only customization is the color, there's no option to bold, underline, or adjust size. Even the color is extremely limited, with only 12 colors, including two nearly-identical shades of pink, and four blues.



Good for those disgusting poor people and mac users, but hopefully they keep doing shows in paltalk.

http://www.paltalkexpress.com is mac compatable, it has audio but no video (not yet, but it's on it's way), and the normal paltalk is a free download, but the video is limited to 10 seconds at a time until you pay.
