Is the naked cowboy still doing his thing? You could go see that. Also daytime subway.

And the Apple store, if you swing that way (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Back in my day, we called them 'salads'.

Anyway, if you're in NYC be sure to see The Avengers.

A digestive salad is a tiny salad that you are given in between the final savory plate and before the first sweet plate. It's meant to settle your stomach and clear your palette of the pungent meat to get ready for sweet and creamy.

Salad as a petite appetizer is an American phenomenon. In France, most salads are ordered as a main course and usually contain an abundance of protein such as grilled fish or smoked duck.

Thanks guys! We have it mostly planned out. We are definitely going to the Met and the MoMa. And the shake shack is now on the itinerary and we have a reservation at the Comedy Cellar. Our last day there is pretty open so that might be the "get lost in Central Park" day. As for the dinner, Per Se was my first choice but Thomas Keller restaurants are too expensive (I never got my dinner at French Laundry when we lived in the bay area, either). We settled on Daniel which looks amazing. The Highline looks cool, but where exactly is it?
Thanks again guys. I'm super looking forward to this trip.

Can we call it an "after-salad"? People are calling foods "digestive" too much for my liking lately.

High Line Park is a park built on old elevated freight train track.

Here's a link to info: Park Information | The High Line
