That's why I specifically said it helped, I didn't say it solved every rat problem.. There are bound to be some rats, you don't agree that the climate has to help that out a little? Also the fact that it is the prairies; A lot of open fields, and not always places for them to hibernate.

You too, and hanging out in your neighborhood was always fun. You're not wrong about living in Queens. What was that all about? It was like I was in a spaceship orbiting around New York. A spaceship piloted by chinamen and orthodox jews. It certainly didn't help my casual racism.
