That's why I specifically said it helped, I didn't say it solved every rat problem.. There are bound to be some rats, you don't agree that the climate has to help that out a little? Also the fact that it is the prairies; A lot of open fields, and not always places for them to hibernate.

besides nyc must be extra great to have all these problems and still be the place where everything great happens and is happening and every culture is represented around the world

either way mcnally never truly lived in nyc - he lived in the burbs known as deep out into queens and only came out at night .. with the rats
