I was totally bothered by that in Cap America as well Keith. More so because of the reasoning for the falling out in the movie (I want to save my bro so I won't sign). But then seeing Cap literally beat Tony within an inch of his life really killed my boner. It felt like it was just fthere tor hype and completely ignored the characters themselves and ignored allh eemotion and logic they'd been using in the movie for the previous 2 hours.

That said I am able to over look those 15 mins and think this is still ym fave Marvel thing
