I wanted to see what version of Christianity the "Jesus Church" was (spoiler alert its protestant) so I did some googling and I think I have an upgrade idea:

Walk a labyrinth outside so Chemda and Hennessy can get high while walking and meditating (no bathrooms though)

The rehab I was at about a year ago had a labyrinth but didn't really tell anyone what it was. They just kept saying "And if you have some free time... you can go walk the labyrinth..."

I was surprised with how much I actually liked once I found it. There was just a small plaque explaining what it was there for.

Most people seemed pretty disappointed that it wasn't a corn maze (including myself at first) but I dunno, it was neat. It was like a guided "walking" meditation or something.

Good episode guys!

If there is a labyrinth there has to be a minotaur somewhere in it. Federal law.

Although in the course of my googling this morning I learned that there is a difference between a labyrinth and a maze.

Labyrinth:
A labyrinth has a single through-route with twists and turns but without branches.

Maze:
A maze is a confusing pathway that has many branches, choices of path and dead-ends.
So a Minotaur in a labyrinth sounds like a terrible idea.

So they draw stuff on the ground and you end up in the centre? Can you pass people if they are walking to slow?

It just shows how much we overthink every single ting... needing to know the rules of walking a labyrinth.

I'd pass someone, it beats creepily following behind them.

re: sugar addiction after alcohol addiction...

The gene for a predisposition for alcoholism is also linked to sugar addiction. The neurobiological pathways of drug and "sugar addiction" involve similar neural receptors, neurotransmitters, and hedonistic regions in the brain.

I have a whole family of addicts, and I'm not addicted to drugs or alcohol, but I for sure have a sugar addiction that I am working on, day by day.

https://spinalresearch.com.au/sugar-...ed-alcoholism/ - that's one of many articles about the correlation between sugar addiction/substance abuse
