Collaborated with businesses (KATG) to design and created graphic designs for books, apparel, and other products based on the personal brand needs. Teaching art skills and managing classes for teenagers. Video and podcast creation skills(I don't know enough to detail it). That speaking thing he did that shows organization and presenting information in a use-able way. Learning skills required for the job(power tools). Online portfolio showing these is helpful. I work in an art based job and we do look at online portfolios to see if there is any demonstration of skills that can translate over. Even if you don't have much experience in what we do, we look to see if you are capable of learning what we need to teach.

So I actually listened to the Mike the intern episode. I randomly scroll and play random episodes when I need laughter. The contest stopped because Keith got the sense that Mike couldn’t handle the back and forth and there was a lot more drama than what Keith wanted. And not Gay Bobby ghosted him after the first workout. Ayn was a TRIP. And McNally was very honest how he didn’t want to hear about her rape either. He was very dismissive of her experiences. It really seemed like he saw her as just a sexual object. He was very mad about hearing her experiences with men but wanted to hear about her experiences with girls. And you missed the creepiest part of the episode-Mcanally was writing about the sexual experience from the perspective of a 13 year old girl. Which he then had Ayn read. Something about that gave me the creeps.

I'm glad you were able to articulate McNally better than I was on the show. That last bit about the book - very disturbing. I didn't know how to do it justice. But yeah - Ayn was a trip but McNally wasn't giving her a lot to work with.

And thanks for the resume tips - I might go back and hack away some of the more inconsequential stuff. I hear Indeed isn't a great barometer of the actual hiring market anyhow so I shouldn't get too bummed out about not hearing back from things.

Yeah, try to not let the indeed stuff get you down. There are ghost jobs on there from legit companies, scam jobs, and legit jobs looking to take advantage or that have thousands of applicants as well. People do the "fake it to you make it" thing, which doesn't work for all jobs (like mine), and just apply to everything. It makes the pile to sort through to find what we need a lot of work. A lot of it is about chance, luck, and them.
