3946: Eat Peace, Motherfuckers! (Any Questions?) w/ Tim Dimond

It’s the return of Tim Dimond! This KATG longtime fan favorite is back, and he helps Keith break down this crazy world that Keith keeps trying to navigate. From Keith interviewing to manage a local store in Charlotte to the duo trying to stay sane amid openly blatant political racism, Keith and Tim make laughter through the tears as they celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Day.

Guest:
Tim Dimond

“Father Figure” is rumored to be inspired by not just the predatory business relationship with Scott Borchetta but also about “mentoring” Olivia Rodrigo.

Interviews vary a lot, depends on who from the company is talking with you and how much they understand the position they are trying to fill. I have found interviews with recruiters, HR, and higher mgmnt harder then someone who has done the job and now manages the "team". The person who has done the job, can answer things like "What version of software do you use?" "What sort of departments will this position be interacting with?"... If they are using several versions old software, the company is cheap and does not value this position. Asking to see the type of area you would be working in, immediately reveals if the company is cheap or scraping by, or spends money on chairs, computers, monitors... You also can see what type of clothing people wear, jeans, polo, gym shoes here, or office shirt, dress pants, and wingtips.... Not all companies that require you wear dress shirts and pants, pay enough for you to aquire those items... At interviews, you are looking at what the job is, what type of office is this, is the company solid, and most importantly is the supervisor ok or cowers because there is a massive dickhead dictator in there who micro managing things. No amount of money makes working around those dictators worth it

Turning Point is getting some Great Talent for their "All American Half Time Show". They are trying to "Prussian Blue" to sign their early hits like "Skinhead Boy". Unconfirmed reports from Ijustmadethisup.com they are trying to get Boy George, Ricky Martin, and Queen to play the show
