Always appreciate the honesty. I heard the episode while not sober myself…it’s funny looking back at my Reddit post and listing things that indicated something was amiss but still flew straight through my donut head.

SMART model has worked for a lot of people proud of you for taking accountability and not waiting to get help. It is an unfortunate stat that most people do relapse. You owned it it thougx

And dear god just when I think Saadias emails have reached the max crazy she catapults over that line.

Are you sure SMART was not started by Gary Busey? He was fake doctor on that sober show.
