Urgent question reguarding H.U.A.R. shirt!

Is the HUAR shirt regarded as a KATG shirt? I want to send them some scratch, and like the HUAR shirt much better then the KATG logo shirt, but at the same time I would be remiss to cut myself out of the many wonderful benefits conferred upon the initiated alumni.
