I tried to do them a favour once ( big mistake )... and told them that a DVD I'd rented was badly scratched, so they might not want to rent it out again.... BUT, instead of checking the damn disk in, the pimply faced teenage moron procedes to LOSE the damn disk... So for months, Blockbuster and their collection agency are calling me looking for the hundred some odd dollars that it costs to replace the licence and disc. I keep telling them they freaking have the disk. I returned it two months ago. Then, they decide to do an internal audit / inventory... They found it. No apology, nothing, they just stop calling. Fuckers, haven't been in a Blockbuster since.... Also because they edit the movies for "family values" and shit like that. Force their managers to not carry independent films, and focus everything around their lousy Viacom brand... They're evil, I tell you...

... btw, I would rather listen to John Denver being strangled than Warrant or Poison... f'n crap ameri-rock shit... Look how they freakn' dressed, the probably spend more time on their hair than a supermodel... Those tight pants, I think they all lean a certain way, if you know what I mean.
