Yep, Florida has it going on. I live here and drive 100-plus kids a day in a county school bus. The only way these kids could be fucked-upper, is if they were all home schooled by parents like the one in this story. Make no mistake, I like kids and don't believe violence against them is a good idea but, my gods are they messed up here. The vast majority of them know an adult can't do anything to them. At least the "official adults", like parents and school employees. But when they get out on their own in the real world these dumbasses haven't any limits until the cops or any random stranger shoots them or beats them half to death.
This is why I voted yes on the poll. Keith makes a good point and it's a shame that for many young people now, violence is a way of life.
