Umm Haggis doesn't use blood, heart, lungs and other sheep giblets with oat meal and spices all wrapped in a sheep's stomach yes, but they don't glop in blood ;])

the flemish/dutch word for blood pudding is 'BEULING' (pronounced like 'BUHH-ling'), and it's one of my favorite words in my language.

i haven't had it since i was a kid though, but it's especially nice in combination with applesauce.

Lombardis on Prince or any Patsys has great pizza and really fresh salads for Chemda.
