Popping in digital audio typically comes from the hard drive not being able to keep up with the incomming stream. It's usually not a problem untill you have the computer do something else with the hard drive whilst recording.

Mixers usually don't make clicking sounds. A firebox will get you better input all over, but if you make that hard drive busy it wont be able to do click free recoding at the same time.

Just got through downloading - thank you thank you thank you - to all who assisted. Since I have had to work 7 a - 7 p on Saturdays I have stopped tuning into the live show - I was afraid I would stay up way too late. Pour me

Didnt take but about an hour to do the 417 mB after. Not bad..... Will keep seeding for all out there.

God Daaaaam that was a funny show. I dont literally laugh out loud often, and almost never at a podcast... but fuck that was a great show. Nothing funnier than pointing out the absurdity, stupidity, and racism of our parents generation.

I started listening to the live show feed but fell asleep in about 5 min (I had a long Friday). I was shocked that they were still going when I woke up at 9am. True party people I guess. It's too bad I didn't stay awake because I bet the earlier hours of the after-show were great. I gave up on trying to use torrent to DL the aftershow. Torrent sucks when I try to use it.

Keith should sell highlight compilations from the drunken aftershows as a download. I'd buy that.

what was up with Keith and Chemda questioning wether Ricky Gervaise's podcast really was the most downloaded?

the podcast averaged 261,670 downloads a week during its first month, and at around Feb 6th, 2006 they had 5 million downloads overall. i'm pretty sure the guinness book of records wouldnt just take their word for it.
