Chemda’s “This is so exciting!” when she found out Kyle didn’t know about Keith’s turkey plans was delightfully evil.

Misinformation on Kenosha

Mr and Mrs Keith and the Girl,

Please look into the Kenosha incident before pushing forward misinformation in the future. Misinformation is damaging to your listeners and the public political rhetoric in general.

The gun charges will be convictions but this case is a clear cut self defense case. He was chased and cornered (then gun fire from a member of the mob's pistol) before he shot the first guy who chased him and cornered him. The first guy pursued the victim (shooter) because the kid put out a dumpster fire with a fire extinguisher that was going to be pushed into the line of police, he was then attacked. After the first shoots fired he took off running towards the police line. He was pursued by a mob that attempted to punch him, he fell. When on his back one guy tried to hit him in the head with a skateboard (deadly force), the next tried to vertically stomp his head (deadly force) and the third ran up to him with a Glock drawn, there is a stutter step then when the Glock is moved forward to shoot the downed kid; a single defensive shot was fired.

All rounds fired from the AR-15 were clear instances of self defense from reasonable expectation of deadly force or serious bodily harm.

Being 17 and in possession of his friends semi-auto firearm (they said they would jointly own it together but this isn't a thing in the laws of firearm laws, the kid also couldn't own or buy the firearm in IL) will lead to gun related charges but any murder or murder adjacent conviction will be a travesty of justice.

None of that is opinion...there are lots of videos from different angles that shows the series of events. Just saying what the video shows isn't an opinion.

It’s strange how obvious it is that the poor kid was only acting in self defense at the risk of himself being killed WITH DEADLY FORCE, and yet his bail was still set at TWO MILLION DOLLARS.

Oh swells. I guess that’s just the topsy-turvy fake news bullshit world we live in...

Your statement about self-defense is an opinion. The courts will evaluate if the facts to determine if the murder falls within the realm of self-defense.

For example, in most states, you cannot claim self-defense when you had a viable option to leave a public situation.

Other fact we know is he drove from many miles away to the situation with a high power weapon. What is the opinions on such actions?

Who the fuck is Mrs. Keith?

Bringing an AR15 to a protest is an inherent escalation of force. He went looking for a fight. He got one.
To better illustrate my point replace rifle with giant dildo. He had his friend’s giant dildo and crossed state lines where it was illegal for him to own as he was under aged. He attended the protest with the giant dildo in hand at the ready. Most of his friends had giant dildos too. Now how many people you know that carry giant dildos in public and not expect to use them or at least fantasize about using the giant dildo?
