If I have to hear another Boomer or gen x talk about how millennials and gen z are "too soft" or "not resilient" I'll blow my brains out.
You fuckers raised us so if we're not tough enough by your standards look in the fucking mirror |

Honestly, hearing Kyle in the previous episode mention about kids with mental health issues and saying her kids (gen z) aren't resilient like her gen was... My gen x co-workers talk the same way when one of them finds out their kid has "a full blown eating disorder!!!" Like it's so fucking shocking to them. For the record I'll be 30 this year so I'm a millennial and I can name 10 girls and one guy I knew as a teen with either a cutting habit or anorexia or bulemia. The it difference between gen z and millennials and gen x and boomers is that WE ACTUALLY TALK about our mental health issues. You guys just acted like starving to lose weight was what you did. And everything else was hush hush... Chemda knows what I mean here. |

Lol but meanwhile which generation is having trouble figuring out whether or not Bill Gates is trying to put microchips in us and whether Israel put Jewish space lasers in the sky But we're not resilient. Okay lol. |

Im over 40 and we had people with terrible eating disorders when I was in school and I myself had some problems with it in the past. I still remember when older people said there was something wrong with my generation and we were too sensitive. So it’s always repeating. |

I was the first of my family to go to therapy as far as I know.
My father once told me, because he knew about that, He didn’t know what to think about it at first because I was the first with mental problems in our family. I laughed and said I was the first to admit it and to get help. People dealt with it by drinking and raging isolating. Or being extremely religious. It was called having a temper or being nervous. |

We have language to describe these things now and it is slightly more socially acceptable to do so. Definitely didn't back then. I was told I was lazy as a kid when it turns out I had depression. Parents continued to tell me I was lazy until I tried to kill myself when I was 13. I wish I had the word depression to describe what I was feeling then. When I tell you it took me years to figure out I had depression and it shouldn't have taken that long... |

Maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t get what’s wrong with “ladies and gentlemen”. Even if you identify as the opposite sex, it’s kinda irrelevant considering both sexes are included. It seems like an active choice to be offended.
