Police Officers

"Police officers do it for the money.."

- you serious??

My father's been a police officer for 20 years and has seen 1, maybe 2 "raises."

There is NO money in law enforcement. They get paid about as much as teachers... and here in Texas... that's next to nothing.

not that anyone should care...

but just in case people do, the thing with the queen and bbc was a little different than what patrice said..

basically, a rough draft of a trailer of some documentary they're making on the queen was unintentionally given out to some media outlet where it then spread to all media outlets

on the trailer, they cut two scenes out of order, making it look like the photographer said change your outfit slightly followed by the queen angrily saying she didn't want to change.. when really she said that before she even met with the photographer

bbc apologized all over the place and it's really no big deal...

It's exactly the same sort of editing they do to every programme, particularly documentaries/reality shit, to make it look more dramatic than it is.
But if you're Queen you get an apology. Otherwise, you've signed the waiver, so fuck you.
