I consider KATG entertainment. I don't consider this sort of thing entertainment. Therefore, I don't want this sort of thing to be part of my KATG listening experience.
I say this with the understanding that: a) They will do what they want to do anyway, and I can just suck it up and deal with it, and b) There seems to be no way to avoid news of this sort. Nevertheless, I would be remiss in my duty to myself if I did not speak up and say that I do not enjoy this on any level. I'd like to think I'm not alone in that.
