Fuckin' great show!
Yes to the superiority of weight training over Wii training. I mean, seriously, isn't the point of diet and exercise really so that you can do things in your day-to-day life more effectively? What are you going to do, push your Wii car when it breaks down? Carry the Mii's out of a burning building? Pick your e-girlfriend up and carry her upstairs to the bedroom for some caveman sex? But the best line from this show: "... or your become an experiment. Like, we need to know if we can ever fix crazy and we need to do weird shit on you to find out. Hey, you're eating your own eye! Let's do other weird shit, who's in?"

just listening to the show now (i heart brolo ) AND
about the whole phone thing with exes...well, in this case, former band mates who i were in like with. he texts saying that i called when i didn't, and he made this HUGE case about it, implying that i was a drunk liar (i apparently "called" at 7am on a sunday morning. WTF would i do that? i was drunk but why the fuck would i call you?) -- otherwise: i told him that i checked my call records and nothing about his fucking name came up (haven't called him since he turned out to be a cunt asshole and since i decided to quit their shitty little band) and told him to chill. and good bye, obviously, because i didn't want to deal with his shit. cunt asshole. christ...THAT was a definite low in my day. otherwise, i HATE when the keypad doesn't lock and you call the first person you just came off the phone with, when you're just throwing your cell in your bag. thank goodness brolo was on i've got philippine medicine if ya need it |

The Wii is a workout, of course if you don't put yourself into it and just flick your wrists it's not going to do anything. But my roommate borrowed one for a few months and we did Wii sports everyday twice a day and we saw results.
Now is a gym better then a Wii? Of course. But I had a gym membership and stoped going after a month. The Wii makes it much more accessible and more entertaining then the gym, so it's easier to stick to. |

Now is a gym better then a Wii? Of course. Your exactly right. I played Wii Fit for the first time last night, and i was surprised. After a half hour of random games, you did feel tired and sweaty. Agreed, its no Gym and I wouldnt be motivated enough to use the Wii fit regurlary, but its more of a workout than most think. |

I can't say anything about the Wii Fit specifically, but the Wii Sports (specifically tennis and boxing) can definately get your heart pounding. Would a full commitment to a gym be more productive? Probably. But at least it's getting the Intern to being more healthier.
