I had a nice growing number of sex partners and boom, 15 years of happy monogamous relationship with no cheating. ( 100% on my side and I’m pretty sure Mr Apia didn’t cheat either, because he doesn’t even like to talk to strangers)

It really put a hold on it. I guess there is always something.

At least for the foreseeable future I’m not interested in changing it, I’m just too busy for poly stuff and such.
Seems very time consuming.

I don’t like prequels.

I know how the story will play out in the end, so what’s the point?

Wonder if I’m alone with it.

I'm way less interested in the game of thrones prequels - I'll probably still watch for the magic and dragons though. So they got me!

And, I guess I’m happy.
I don’t want to sound too sweet because those who post about their happy love too much are mostly full of shit.

15 years! Until I moved to Pittsburgh I've never lived in one place for longer than 4 years! Military kid here. 5 different elementary schools, 3 different middle schools - kinda messed with your concept of permanence. To me, newness is a part of my DNA, I have to actively work against it!

Other things I don’t like:

Costume movies/ period movies and shows
Too scary movies, I get very afraid and can’t get some scenes out of my head for months
Formulaic romantic movies

Im sure I’m fun.
Hey, I like science fiction and many women don’t. So I have some good sides.

Let good old Apia be your therapist for a minute.
My life is full of new stuff in other aspects of my life. I am not a calm, routine loving person. Lots of it is in my work life. Without having a very steady home life I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do it.
You can have a very long relationship and enjoy stability there. I’m very glad to have someone who is a witness to the changes in my life and we definitely evolved together.
