.... but still totally worth it.
I have a great idea for a work-study program!

Problem?

Is anyone else who internationally donates being charged like a conversion charge as well.

I live in the Uk, and have perviously donated to other sites etc. When i checked my bank statement, to take the other donations off and add Keith and The Girl, i noticed that there were fee charges added onto any international donation. The bank said it was for the currency conversion.

Now if they were small fee's i wouldn't care. But there not. For a $5 donation (about £3.42) there is like a fee charge of like £4. Now if i'm going to be paying like £8 overall, i'd rather all the money went to Keith and The Girl.

Is anyone else getting this or is it just me?

Honestly, Ive become a very budgeted person lately so no, I can't afford it, at least not right now. I guess maybe I could but then it just fucks things up in my head.

However I have set it up so at the end of this month my Gamefly (that's netflix for video games) subscription level will go down to 2 games at a time so that I can set up recurring donations.

Thank you Thumbnail!
I've worked out the problem. It's bit worrying seen as the bank people looking after my money couldn't work it out (or didnt want to). It's going to take 2 weeks for everything to be changed, but in 2 weeks i'll be donating to Keith and The Girl! Forget cancer research, children and abuse issues, Keith and The Girl saved my life!

I figure since the wife and I listen to the show *EVERY* weekday morning while we get ready for work -- well, it's kinda hard to justify *not* donating. Bought several merchandise items before, all the DVD's, etc. But the monthly subscription seems right. $5 for each of us - OR, $5 for each of *them* -- however you want to look at it.

So there.

BUT - now that I've subscribed, I feel a sense of pride and responsibility. I want others to know I donate. Many forums have some sort of 'supporter' label or badge to indicate this sort of thing.

Michael? Would this be hard to implement?

Does this mean you will get rid of the stupid picture of Spooky as your sig? Balls to you for donating of course.

LOL - yeah, I could do that. Give me a supporter label or tag and I'll remove my awesome Spooky approval image.

hehe
