I take South Africa to upset or tie Mexico in the opener.

CBC.ca will be streaming all the games live. Not sure if that's only for Canadians.

In a blind draw at the office I ended up with Spain and Netherlands, not too bad! I'll be cheering on the USA, but if we can't do it, I hope one of those teams win so I get money.

Nigeria always has a soft spot in my heart because I saw them live in Foxborough, Mass., beat Greece when the Worl Cup was here. To this day still the coolest sporting event I've ever been to.

I can't believe France didn't score a single goal today. They had so many great opportunities and they (other than failing each shot) were playing pretty freakin' well....oh well.
