No gym, no problem. I have a basic weight bench and a BOB that I beat up on. I have had this thing for about 6 years and besides the fact that my dog ate off his left ear, it has been an awesome point of release for all my aggression.

It's true. You have no idea the expression on those guys faces when NAJ executed a Flying Sea Urchin move right into their midst. I helped load the bodybags afterwards. Respect, James.

Since I am graduating soon, I am not going to college this summer, which means no gym (if my tuition's paying for it, I might as well use it), which is unfortunate. So as a short-term replacement, I've been "Rocky IVing" it, lifting concrete blocks, squatting with tree logs, etc. It's crude, but I like the raw 'animalistic' quality to it.

Yeah...I gotta start thinking about that. Fucking sucks, but it's not like I really have all that far to go, I weigh 155. I just gotta get down to 144 then back up to 150.

When I was living in Texas I wasn't eating like a regular human, maybe one meal a day. Since I'm back at my parents place temporarily, I've been eating regularly and put on quite a few pounds. My weight isn't a huge issue, I'm actually 15 pounds UNDERweight, so my main goal is to tone up and eat more sensibly.

I've looked into Krav Maga too (a local gun store is offering lessons). But...cardio? Fighting is probably the most anaerobic thing you can do, especially when you're looking throat punch somebody as quickly as you can.
A gun store offering martial arts lessons.... doesn't say much for their products

haha, but no. They're offering asskicking lessons in case you're caught without your piece, or if somebody pulls one of their products on you.

Also, they say the target market is COs and cops, so they probably figured it's an extra service they can offer their regular clientele. I guess they decided to be the nexus of all things badass.

woo redhead power! Im graduating too.

I've had to let exercise and diet slide in favor of getting my thesis done, but that finishes on June 3rd and I'll be finished with my exams by the 23rd.

Before the semester got too busy I attended Jujitsu on monday and wednesdays and Taekwondo on tuesdays and fridays. While its actually winter in australia Im still hoping to get my abs back by around August sometime.

My girlfriend was trying to get me to do those with her. That's not happening because I'm a sissy. I figure I'll use my metabolism while I still can.
