My phone already has all of these "AWESOME NEW FEATURES", except for the apps, so I'll be sticking with it.

I would.

Except AT&T has fucked its customers again by removing the Unlimited Data plan. Fuck that, I am not counting megabytes.

One of our BFF's just went into Sprint to cancel his contract so he was ready to switch to AT&T to get the new iPhone and he was told... in no uncertain terms... to wait until the end of the month.

I'm not getting one and I <3 T-Mo so I don't keep up with this stuff. But I did find this: BREAKING: iPhone will land on Sprint at end of June. (Sources Say) | The Tech Update

Sprint is a wimax based 4g network and a CDMA based 3G network neither of which the iphone supports.

iPhone uses a GSM/HSDPA/HSUPA radio that is not compatible with any of sprints networks. (Apple - iPhone 4 - Size, weight, battery life, and other specs)

They would have to build a phone with an entirely new baseband to release on sprint or verizon and while they very likely have a skunkworks CDMA phone somewhere, ramping it up to production would be incredibly expensive and really only useful in the United States.

They'll probably jump onto Verizon when LTE is more rolled out since ATT and Verizon are moving towards the same 4G standard and they could avoid building two phones, but thats no time soon.

Completely agree here that Apple is more likely to go Verizon over Sprint if they were going to release a CDMA phone, plus all the rumors I have heard say that VZW had ipads that they were testing on LTE and the Verizon CEO has said in the past that you wont see the iPhone on VZW until LTE is rolled out.
