Need advice for Professional Camera Purchase

I started with a Nikon 6006 and then bought the Nikon D50. I have not been disappointed with either and I had great lenses that came with the 6006 that I now use with the D50. The lense that came with the D50 was a Nikon but it doesn't take as good pictures as my old lenses. Just my 2 cents.

I've been an avid listener of Chris's for a couple years now and I've heard some from John Arnold and Ibarionex Perello both of whom are also helpful.

TFtTF is usually very short (less than 15 minutes) and Chris is great at explaining things for beginners while also keeping it interesting for professionals. I think my photography has improved drastically purely from following his tips and others I've gotten from professionals I've talked with.

Don't forget there's more than N&C, Pentax/Samsung dslrs are very cheap over here (uk), I've seen the K100D kit going for around £300, in theory prices are cheaper on Mainland Europe. (did i just say that, i can here the mob of eurosceptics hunting me)

also see if you can get a photography class at school, and remember it's the craftsman not the tools that do the work.

But shitty tools will impede the work of a master craftsman
