I dont think created this but it is my favorite things to make.
mix brown sugar and some soy sauce into a paste,
pack it down on the flesh side of a salmon fillet
either put skin side down on piece of hickory and put on grill or broil no hickory,
cook till flaky. do not over cook

also try honey or mustard instead of soy sauce, honey is very sweat so dont over do it.
please use fresh salmon, thanks

salt pepper olive oil some fresh asparagus and broil too, a glass of your favorite white wine... nice

Personal Trainer Cooking is an awesome "game" for the DS.

Weiner Schnitzel and Parmesan Risotto for main course. (Two separate recipes I decided to combine.) Both came out alright. The risotto has a flavor no one in my family ever tried before, it wasn't bad, just different.

Russian Cheese Pancakes topped with raisins for dessert. Came out exceptional. Not very sweet. Tasted like farina/gritz with a nice burst of raisin every so often.

I love making lentil soup

mine is pretty simple. throw the following in a big pot and simmer for 55 minutes

5 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
1.5 cups of green lentils
1 cup of brown rice
4 roma tomatoes chopped up
3 carrots - chopped
1 white onion - chopped
one package of sliced white mushrooms
TB or 2 of minced garlic
three stalks of celery - chopped
1 chicken sausage link - cut into small pieces

.5 ts basil
.5 ts oregano
.5 ts thyme
1 bay leaf
3 TB parsley
.25 ts sage
TB or 2 of dried morel mushrooms - crumbled (you can leave these out. I think they might be really expensive in the store. My mom is a serious mushroom hunter, so I always have these on hand and I'm always trying to figure out how to add them to different dishes.)

after it's done cooking, add another cup of chicken broth, salt and pepper and a TB of apple cider vinegar.

SOOOOOO good
