Finally saw We Need To Talk About Kevin. Nowhere near as good as the book but it was good. The boyfriend kept saying "why wouldn't they just return this garbage kid?!" throughout.

John Carpenter's They Live. Terrible acting, but a trash, sci-fi, dystopian, strange feel that is unforgetable. Must see more of his movies.

Snowpiercer - A South Korean movie based on a French graphic novel starring Captain America. The movie got a little silly near the middle, and plot holes were everywhere, but it was still enjoyable. It felt like a Bioshock game, but on a train. 7/10

I watched Sharknado 2: The Second One, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

Lucy. And the whole time I kept thinking "Keith is going to destroy this movie in his review."
I was really pissed that she caused all the car crashes with her shitty driving and didn't think to put up a forcefield while everyone in the building was getting blown to smithereens.
Oh and I thought it was funny they included a scene with Morgan Freeman in all white, the exact scenario in .. Evan Almighty?

Guardians of the Galaxy

Took the kid to see this and both loved every moment. This was a comic book movie but so incredibly funny and action packed; it seemed like an action flick with a ton of jokes.

This movie has heart and a must see. We saw it in 3D and I gotta say 'Worth the mild 3D glasses headache.' This movie is a non-stop thrill ride and shit is blowing up and flying into the audience the entire movie.

I don't think I've ever laughed this hard. The entire packed theater was laughing. Hard. A+++

Guardians of the Galaxy - Same as above. I loved it. We watched it in a theater where they serve alcohol and don't allow anyone under 21, and the place was packed.
I didn't think the movie would be so funny, but all the comedic moments were all on key. I also loved the little easter eggs and how it connects to the Avengers. I was surprised by the quick cameo after the end credits. Marvel is kicking so much ass right now, I'm anticipating DC's next move. 10/10

It's crazy how funny it is for a sci fi movie. Never heard a theatre laugh so much and so loud for a movie that wasn't an out and out comedy. Of course Chris Pratt and Bradley Cooper are great but even the roided up pro wrestler Batista has a great deadpan comedic delivery.

C for the plot, B for the action, A for the dialogue.

Re-watched Enemy of the State. If anything, it's a bit more disturbing today than it was in the late 90's.
