It had been a long time coming, and we had fallen apart
I really wanted to work it out, but I didn't think she was gonna change
I did, but she didn't...thought it was best we go our separate ways.
I asked why I should stay in the relationship, since when I'm hurting I'm not happy and there were so many other things I had to deal with.
