Ocarina of Time on the N64. I'm not THAT young, but that was the first time I got a game/system that I actually played the shit out of.

Yall are going to scoff at this but it was Socom on PS2. I still played the shit out of Super Nintendo and Playstation but Socom is what introduced me to online gaming, which is when I really started appreciating video games and it solidified my gaming future. I had Socom 1,2, & 3. All badass and ahead of their time.

Dragon's Lair

The game was like controlling a Saturday morning cartoon. I was hooked from then on. I spent so many quarters on that game.

my first gig in industry was at Atari, 1980. I got hired for the cabinet factory before it had any equipment. Before that they had the cabinets made by different vendors and quality problems.

I was 21 and I'd go into an arcade and own the Asteroids, Centipede or Tempest machine. I remember attracting a crowd playing the Star Wars game.

I love how you can still see the basic frame work of the early days in virtually every video game since.

But it's such a good topic. Is it going to hurt anyone for a bot to have a successful thread? If someone clicks his signature, they deserve whatever it is.
