Am I just missing something?

Where are the photos of the people England arrested who were going to blowup 10 aircraft today? Are there interviews? What else do these people know? What are their names so reporters can interview their families and see if there's any further connections?

Or was this whole thing today just a ruse to get 12 million travelers to buy more mouthwash, bottled water and shampoo before 3rd quarter sales figures come out?

I guess they did arrest people, well, until they show up in Spain tomorrow.

i wonder that about mel gibsons audio from his arrest.

i dont, however, see your connection to sales, the number of travelers that fly regularly, and as a result, may double what they purchase in hygene products is probably about .00001% of their sales, and i honestly dont see a multinational conspiracy for numbers like that. the net worth of people that would have to be involved would be in the trillions, and i dont see them risking it all for a few hundred thousand in added sales divided up amongst a few dozen companies, and thats assuming the governments are all in the pockets of shampoo companies and dont rquire any bribe money to grease the wheels a bit.

maybe theres not conspiracy everywhere you look. maybe you shouldnt cherry pick what to believe and not believe in the media....

err, duty free comes after the security check, im sure this wont affect the duty free shops unless they are selling explosives.

Smith is not a muslim name.

These guys are British Asians. And, at the moment they have my support, because they have not been charged with any offence. We used to arrest the irish in big numbers in the 1970s, and the bent coppers even convicted them in a couple of cases. We do the same with young muslims nowadays.

As Paul_R says, shall we wait and see before condemning them to death - several times the British police have conducted a high profile raid, with convenient live coverage on our 24hr news channels, only to then quietly release them without charge a couple of days later.
