I also love spinach.
Life hack for having very little time and trying to eat not the worst: Pimping Ramen with a small onion and spinach. Just put them to the Ramen and add hot water. |

Cholesterol:
How much can you change through diet? 15 % maybe. What to eat? More plants. High cholesterol is often hereditary. Is Cholesterol good for big pharma? Now only partial. Statines alre all generic/ very cheap now and that's what 99 % of the people will get. Common side effects: muscular pain otherwise they are pretty safe. Only the hard-core cases ( with a genetic disorder or after a heart attack when the statines aren't enough) get injections and that's where now the money is. My company had one and that's why I know a lot about the disease and the market. Last edited by Apia resurrected; 07-29-2022 at 11:35 AM. |
