I also lost some weight in the last year and I think it will strick.
In therapy I worked on emotional eating in the evening and was able to give it up completely.
Instead I have other techniques for my emotions.
As about the food, I eat vegetables a lot and have no other rules. Otherwise I eat carbs and everything. Pizza. But now I can have just one slice and stop.
I never thought I would be able to have this life.

Listen, I am a jersey girl born and raised, I've gone to the city my whole life, from when I was a kid and NYC was looked at as dangerous. I have never felt in danger when in NYC, but I have damn well felt in danger every single time I've been in Newark. There is always some bullshit poppin off there.
