Fun facts for the two people who might be curious.

Two reason why we don't call it Asperger Syndrome anymore:

1) With continuing research on autism spectrum disorder - emphasis on the word spectrum - it's redundant to have Asperger as a separate diagnosis. Aspergers was synonymous with the term "high functioning". Removing this continues the resolve to abolish ableism by no longer using discriminatory labels such as "high-functioning" and "low-functioning". It's a spectrum disorder that's unique to the individual.

2) Hans Asperger - the guy who it's named after - has ties to Nazi Germany. Some don't like this, others don't care. Kinda like how people are changing colonial names of places because of gross history (maybe this is more of a thing in Canada than USA).
