It is beyond ridiculous that Walter Goggins didn’t get a nomination for Righteous gemstones. All 4 seasons were great. He is such a versatile actor. I’d always watch white lotus first which threw me the one time he was being all melancholy in WL and in RG he is naked on a speedboat with a closeup of his gooch. Wild.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned that some friendships aren’t worth it. It shouldn’t be strife with confusion and arguments. It should be mutually beneficial to both people and once that stops its time to let go for the good of both people. I don’t have the energy for passive aggressive “you know what you did” bullshit. Like, do you know me?? If I knew what I did wrong I’d probably apologize. I clearly don’t know so just fucking say! I’m not going to get upset and disrupt my day wondering what I did. Say it or don’t and stay mad. I don’t have the energy for all that drama.

Is he that bored? Does he really not have better things to spend all this energy on? He has to be in his 50s now too right? Like once you turn 30 this kind of shit should just be too tiring and not worth the energy.

I got excited at 50 having my own dishwasher and a sink with a spray valve and a drawer that’s really only secret extra counter space and 2 bathrooms. We all grow different.

Also, he started the LA fires. Yes, the one you’re thinking about.

So my “what’s up with Craig missing” email was precipitated by a convo with a friend who is too shy to ever write in or comment to ask herself. I had written it off for a while like “I’m sure it’s nothing, I think he’s in a relationship where his partner doesn’t like him talking about stuff on the show and that’s probably it.”
But enough time had passed I was like I think my buddy’s onto something with this, so I asked. Figured I’d get the “it’s nothing we are just private pals and not on-air friends anymore”. I gotta assume Keith has friends that aren’t fodder for his show after all.

Two hours plus of hearing all the hurt feelings around the situation and I’m sorry I had asked, because I do wish it was nothing. There’s clearly a lot of hurt on both sides, misunderstandings, and just high tensions. It’s a shame but at this point, having gone through that huge fracture twoish years ago, what can you do … if you mended fences again at this point, it feels like it would be a countdown till it happens once again.
