Good on you Keith for telling ICE where to stick it. I saw a tiktok where a church was filled to capacity to be trained on how to help their community fight ICE attacks. There are businesses that are labeling themselves as safe havens for people who are being chased by ICE.

In my state which the politicians continue to embarass me, our governor is BEGGING Trump to send the National Guard to Indianapolis claiming that we are worse than Chicago. I’m a home care social worker. I’ve been in the bad areas. We don’t need the National Guard. He also tried to pressure our state legislators to redistrict so that republicans can win easier….in a surprise move the Leaders said-no we are not voting on that and we are convening until January. I don’t think our governor will ever able to get the orange stain off around his mouth from how hard and frequently he’s been verbally fellating the traitor.

It is so hard to be in the helping field and an empathetic person. These shows help me get out of my spiraling thoughts and anger.

Also, I heard about this app through TikTok Reb for the Rebrand who is a lawyer who became viral for reading court transcripts. It is called ReadyNow. It is an app for people who are worried about being detained by ICE can set up contacts for care, child care, lawyers etc with a quick press of a button. It also deletes the data after the contacts receive the notice so ICE cant access that data.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dog Chu. It is always hard no matter how right the decision is. It isn’t fair that pets don’t live longer. I hope you are holding up ok.
