Anyway- I'm the same age as Keith, the wife is the same as Chemda... the wife... she's a very mild drinker, but she's Japanese, and, not to stereotype, but the characteriscs are kinda the same, 'cept Japanese bottle stuff up for months. It's paradise for 8 to 12 weeks, but she's a volcano... we're talkin' crying jags, screaming, kicking, etc. My best friend in town is also married to a japanese woman, and he actually marks his calendar when she freaks out. Maybe it's hormones? I dunno. |

I've listened to Keeping it real and this one....
If ya'll call that a fight you're lucky. That sounded like a normal conversation with my wife. Fucking hell, you should hear her when she's pissed off. If I still gave a fuck I'd be more of a mess than I already am. |

If anyone wants to know before listening this show isn't really like the original Keepin' It Real (ep36). While this may have the same theme, it isn't frosty or unpleasant at all.
I'm glad Keith called Chemda out on the kissing comparison. The two events don't compare. Now I have to go and re-listen to episode 36 about Keith's farewell drinking tour. ... Wow! Chemda has never sound that pissed again in the 369 following episodes. |

in humans, before we developed that little bone in our throat that lets us talk, we communicated visually and with grunts. it was so ingrained that its actually hard wired into our brains, its a virtually universal form of communication that transcends borders and languages. the shrug is part of that extensive means of visual communication, it sort of expresses a lack of understanding and an acknowledgement of unimportance at the same time. in some contexts, it can be a dismissal, or a showing perhaps that you are unimpressed. its almost like the word fuck, you need to see its context to get its meaning. and while the stars on either side is a stylistic difference from my slash shrug, i still recognize its meaning. meh, im done. /shrug
