First, I just fucking love the dynamic between you four. I don’t even need recaps.

OK, it’s been a while since I’ve engaged on the forums so I feel like I’m making myself real vulnerable right now… I love cats and also just played the game Stray.

Keith: as much as I love cats, you’re not wrong around the childhood attachment theory… I love cats because I grew up with one who took me in as her own child and she gave me love I never felt from either of my parents. So, I will give you that. AND as it relates to The Rehearsal: how did you feel when Nathan revealed himself as a cat person?

Rod: this is the first time I’ve ever disagreed with your take on pretty much anything. I’ve been playing Stray and I have not been this delighted by a video game in quite some time. But again, I love cats, so of course it delights me. But like, were you not moved by the robots reactions to the cat at all?!

I know better than to try and convince anyone to give cats a chance, BUT if we’re talking dogs vs cats then SURE dogs are better if you’re lookin for a companion who will love/follow you blindly and is desperate for your attention always. I guess as a cat person I’m ok with boundaries and alone time.

Anyways, y’alls recaps are the highlight of my week always, and I’m fully aware that cats are generally assholes, but so are we, so maybe they're the animal companions we deserve.

My cars are always company cars so someone else has to do this for me. The last car that was registered on my existed in 2005.
And our drivers license is for life.

I don't think we disagree. I loved the game. But it is cat propaganda. It's basically the story of a dog but they made it a cat in the game. Cats would've been scratching the carpet while Armageddon happened. If you love cats then you know this.

There are dogs in Alaska that rescue people. There is no version of this in the cat kingdom. I think you know I'm speaking the truth. Great game though.

I think I have the natural coke energy. This is my normal. I have an extremely high energy level. I never tried coke and I never want to. This could be too much and I would explode or at least it would be extremely exhausting for everyone else.

Thank you for clarifying. It absolutely is cat propaganda, AND it's a great game.

And tbh I haven't finished it yet because I'm spending too much time scratching the carpets/walls and knocking shit off tables.
