America didn’t deserve Kamala. Problem is it isn’t the people who voted for him who are going to suffer. The Trevor Project (LGBT suicide prevention hotline) stated that in the last week since the election the amount of calls went up 700%. The topic of the election increased by over 5000%.

Also, Veterans who were promised citizenship are being deported. Not all of them got their citizenship as promised. Others were deported after they committed a crime due to untreated PTSD. And I’m assuming this will get worse. Private prisons are already making room and building new buildings.

I’m trying hard not to sink into a pit of despair because it is my literal job to help people but it feels hopeless when the damn rope is presoaked with kerosene and on fire.

I agree. We will try to do what we can to stop the harm as much as we can. But there won't be a lot of wins coming.
