First particle lap of the LHC 1 hour ago. No noticible affects here in the UK. I've had a peek outside & sky has barely fallen at all. Wrath of god still absent, nightmare creatures do NOT, I repeat, do NOT appear to be stalking the earth. There are no more vengeful horsemen on the streets than usual & I do not feel judged in any way. Some concern felt as my morning trip to the shop for smokes, OJ & Bacon came to £6.66. I have reported this event to the appropriate authorities. Other than this I feel my country has survived this event without incident.

USA...... report in!!!

The way i see it, 1 of 3 outcomes could happen.

1. They create a blackhole and it sucks us all into oblivion - We die.
2. They create another universe populated with robots - Most die, HAUR members survive.
3. Nothing except a fizz, a zap and a puff of smoke - Noone dies, the puff of smoke may affect someone's allergies.

More outcomes...

1) Aliens pop up through the black hole, takes back the pyramids and the Egyptian tourism industry goes under.
2) Godzilla pops out and Jimmy Page will go down as a legend.
3) It opens a portal with a parrallel universe...

Annoyingly, it looks like we survived it but that was only the first beam circulating the collider. The first of the actual collisions themselves are on Oct 21st, so there's still hope for the apocalypse.

Thank god, i was starting to think that it was just another hyped space experiment. At least there's still a chance we all get sucked into oblivion.

Why do I feel testing Large Hadron Collider and the release of the game Spore are related in some weird way

On Oct 21st, the universe will be witness to this:

Woke up and checked my package, still a dude, so all good there. Will later make sure that alcohol still gets you drunk. Others can report in, but to truly be with the scientific method I will test on my own and make sure the experiment is repeatable.

Still here. Coffee still a staple of my morning. Sex equipment all in working order. The dogs, however, barked backwards. Strange things are afoot at the Circle K, Ted.
