Sarah Palin thinks she's a positive female role model, but she objectifies herself constantly (for example, being in a beauty pageant).

She also doesn't know what the vice president does, anything about foreign policy, or what a "lame duck" is (even though she used the phrase like 10 times in her resignations speech)... and oh yeah, she resigned for no reason other than to write a book called "Going Rogue".

She definitely quit in order to make millions on the book and talking head deals. But she also quit because our state regulations didn't protect the Governor from baseless ethics allegations. She had to pay lawyer fees to fight every ethics complaint brought against her. By the time she quit, over a dozen had been filed. Only a couple were real, the rest were probably politically motivated. Not defending, just saying.

Being said, Palin isn't retarded. She's of average or slightly less than average intelligence and surrounds herself by people who know how boost her popularity with her voters. She has enough of some kind of sense to have been a governor. I'm not a governor. None of you are governors. We probably couldn't be if we tried.
