With all this talk of Bioshock these days, I decided to pick up my old copy and play through on hard. It is just as you'd expect. Taking down the big daddies eats through every grenade I have and most of what ammo I have left.

Good times though!

I almost bought a big daddy doll for my avatar today. =\

I don't understand where I went wrong in Mass Effect, but that game seemed ridiculously hard to me. I died constantly and found myself always having to start entire portions of the game over, so I gave up. Any advice?

I have a confession to make
I've tried playing Bioshock many times, but... it freaks me out! it's scary, enemies jump at you.. too scary for me. I end up turning the game off and putting the disney channel while petting a puppy.

Treat it like its a 3 player party version of Fallout3's V.A.T.S. system.

Freeze the combat and select a combo of biotics.

Also the games inventory system is broken and your party members will not equip themselves with the best gear automatically. Manually check and upgrade all your gear with the best shit each time you start a new section of the game.

Dont forget to use grenades, and use cover as much as possible.

The game is easiest with the soldier class and its the hardest with the biotic class.

It seems hard at first, and some boss battles will be very hard but if you figure out the strategy and style they designed the game with you can figure out how to breeze through with little headache.

Same here... I just felt like leveling again. I decided to try the Horde stuff since I have never done it before. What are the benefits of playing on a private server?

I just got my iPhone 3GS today so Doodle Jump and Flight Control are occupying a good 70% of my day.
